ALLIANCE HISTORY

To begin telling the story of The Revenant Order, the story of the Executor corporation, Order of the Shadow must be told. Order of the Shadow was formed in the fall of YC111 as a result of the CEO, Jack Carrigan having grown wearied with industry, and false promises of the efficiency of bounty hunting, and hunting pirates. The corporation set out to find a place in New Eden and establish a basis of lucrative operations. He also planned on setting up a place where new pilots could learn to defend themselves, and then move on to being able to carry out security based operations for profit.

In summer of YC112, Jack received wind of an opportunity to operate in the Immensea region of null sec, which he passed along to his pilots, and the vote was unanimous. Order of the Shadow joined up with the alliance Motivated and Determined, and set out for 7-ZT1Y, where they were greeted warmly by their new compatriots, given their own hangar space, and free reign to do whatever they liked to make ISK. Things went well for quite some time. Approximately a month went by, and the alliance executor of Motivated and Determined had become irritated with how operations were being carried out, so out of spite, packed up the large majority of his assets, and offlined the defensive grid to the control towers that the alliance members operated from. Jack had been out on patrol in his Nemesis-class Stealth Bomber, Gungir, when his attention was immediately acquired by a cynosural field that had manifested on his sensor suite. He warped to it cloaked within one-hundred kilometers, only to arrive in time to see two Nyx-class Supercarriers bearing RED Alliance flags jump into the system, followed by numerous other capital and supercapital ships.  Jack’s quick reaction of alerting everyone in the system managed to save several billion ISK worth of other pilots’ assets. Gungir fell prey to an Arazu and Lachesis that he was strafing to draw their attention away from the Thanatos-class Carrier owned by Jaxx BlackFox. Jack tendered Order of the Shadow’s resignation from Motivated and Determined, which fell apart shortly thereafter.

A month later, after much deliberation and begging by the executor of Shadow Confederation, Order of the Shadow was signed on as a member corporation, and Jack was brought on as the Co-Executor of the alliance, as well as the military director. Operations ran smoothly for the first several months under Jack’s guidance, and consistent running of interference to take heat from the executor away from the pilots who broke the ever-growing list of rules which made it nearly impossible to conduct operations.  Jack was forced to take a leave of absence, yet was still in active communications with the pilot who replaced him. It wasn’t long before the news that he began receiving started to leave a very foul taste in his mouth. In the beginning months of YC113, Jack returned to full duty, but was left as a line pilot. Pilots within the alliance still followed his guidance and orders mainly due to his skill as a pilot, and his charismatic style of leadership. Things began coming to a head when the alliance was directed to deploy to a region of low security space, but due to the fact that no intelligence was gathered about the area, operations were brought to a grinding halt. Jack attempted to speak up, but was immediately silenced by the executor, who exhibited increasingly paranoid behaviors, and megalomaniacal as well as narcissistic tendencies. A meeting was called for the alliance command staff, and upon catching wind that he was intentionally left off the attendance list, Jack took it upon himself to show up. The executor’s shouting could be heard from the hallway, but that was quickly silenced when a boot-clad foot struck the meeting room door, and Jack came through with a twisted smirk on his face, a cigarette in his mouth and a shotgun in his hands. The executor ran, and quickly undocked from the station, leaving system before anyone could pursue.

That moment decided the future.

In late summer of YC113, in a smoke clouded bar in a Minmatar Trade Station in high security space, three corporation heads met.  The woman spoke frankly, “I understand what you want to do, but know that one key factor is missing.  We need Jack, as his charisma is what will pull this entire operation together.”  The other two nodded in agreement.

Jack was tasked with coming up with a plan.

Within an hour, he had drafted a battle plan, with numerous contingencies for what would turn into a vicious, and bloody mutiny. He smiled broadly as he explained the plan to the other corporation heads. Unfortunately, someone that was eavesdropping on the conversation, which Jack had already clearly expected, ran and told the executor. The executor then terminated the member corporations of the alliance, save his own, and any conspirators.

Everything was going according to plan, and a month of consistent intelligence driven operations led to Jack forming The Revenant Order. Due to a tip received, the former executor of Shadow Confederation was chased by Jack through Fountain region, and as a result, the executor was burned as a spy.  Jack had consistently shown up on TEST Alliance and Fidelas Constans Intelligence Reports, yet no visual was made, and he was able to avoid their gate camps as well as mobile warp disruption fields.  Jack’s spy within TEST burned the former executor as having been the leak, which lead to the former executor losing the large majority of his assets, them being trapped in stations he no longer could access.

The trap was almost ready, and the operation was planned.

A Harpy-class Assault Frigate chased the former executor’s shuttle into a station located in Heimatar region. Sentry guns were not engaging in support of the shuttle and the Republic Security Service was suspiciously absent.  Intel and ISK made the world go around, as they had been paid off to ignore the hostile acts. As the shuttle docked, the Harpy’s hatch would open, a young Caldari woman jumping from it and chasing the former executor.  The former executor ran for his Noctis, which he planned on escaping in, but his retreat was cut short by large Void charges from a Hyperion-class battleship bearing private designation Asgard.  The Noctis was sent reeling across the hangar, and the man running for it was cast to the ground. The station light flickered as another volley slammed into the decking bay. The Caldari woman stood over the man, pouring a canister of flammable liquid onto him. The man screamed in agony as the fluid entered his wounds and his mouth.  She smiled warmly, a tear rolling down her cheek as a lit match was thrown onto him. The former executor rolled around screaming. Four gunshots rang out, and the woman walked way, leaving the mangled corpse of the former executor.

This was only the beginning, and the story of The Revenant Order is far from being complete as new chapters are being written daily.
